Welcome to Her Chosen Village LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, purchasing a membership, or participating in our services, you agree to be bound by the Her Chosen Village LLC Terms & Conditions and Membership Agreement. Please read these carefully before proceeding, as they govern your membership, participation, and use of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms / Membership Agreement

Her Chosen Village LLC is a space rooted in compassion, respect, and emotional safety. We show up for ourselves and each other in good faith. Cruelty, cliquish energy, chaos, or drama have no place here. By joining, you agree to honor the dignity, privacy, and lived experiences of every woman in this Village.

Gossip, aggression, manipulation, mean-spirited behavior, and ongoing personal drama that harms the group culture are not aligned with this space and will not be tolerated. Members take responsibility for their words, their impact, and their presence, and communicate respectfully, honoring each member’s humanity fully.

Persistent conflict, ongoing drama, or harm to the community may result in discontinuation of membership without refund. Protecting the collective well-being of the Village always comes first.

2. Membership & Services

• Her Chosen Village LLC provides community-based memberships, social events, virtual and in-person gatherings, newsletters, and other offerings (“Services”).
• Membership tiers provide different benefits as described on our website. Benefits may change with notice.
• Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, or assigned.
• Access to some Services may require third-party accounts (e.g., Facebook).  Members are responsible for maintaining account access.

3. Payment & Additional Fees

3.1 Payment Terms

• Payments are processed via Stripe or other third-party vendors. By submitting payment, you agree to the vendor’s terms and privacy policies.
• Annual memberships are billed upfront and are non-recurring unless specified.

3.2 Additional Fees

• Membership includes invitations to select social events; invitation does not mean the event is free. While some events may be included at no additional cost, members are responsible for the cost of participation for any events or services not included in their membership tier.
• Certain add-on events, services, or offerings may require additional fees. When pricing is known in advance, it will be listed prior to purchase. Additional fees may also apply for services requested beyond what is      included in your membership tier.

4. Cancellation & Termination

4.1 Member Cancellation

• Members may cancel at any time. Cancellation does not grant a refund unless otherwise specified in the Refund Policy.

4.2 Termination for Harmful Behavior

• Her Chosen Village LLC is committed to emotional safety and the well-being of the community.
• Members engaging in harmful behavior—such as cruelty, harassment, gossip, manipulation, aggression, or repeated personal drama—may have their membership terminated immediately at the discretion of Her Chosen Village LLC.
• Termination for harmful behavior is final and non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, including graphics, videos, newsletters, templates, and digital products, is owned by Her Chosen Village LLC.
• Members may not copy, distribute, modify, or share any content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Her Chosen Village LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, loss of data, or events outside our control.
• Participation in Services is at your own risk.

7. Privacy

• Member information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and will not be sold.

8. Modifications

• We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or Services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
